Windsor Borough will accept bids for a Municipal Waste Collection Contract for a 3 year period beginning 4-1-27 with recycling collection for the same years. The contract may be renewed up to an additional 2 years as stated in the Bid Document Specifications. Bids will be accepted at the Borough office until 1-4-27 at 10:00 am. Bids will be reviewed at the 1-4-27 Council meeting and will be awarded. Interested parties should contact the Borough Office for further details and a bid document.
